Olive Tree is an independently owned apartment community on South Wolfe Road in Sunnyvale, serving residents since 1973. We're six minutes from the Apple Campus, with quick access to Highways 85, 280, and 101, and are located within the Cupertino Union School District. Prospective residents are encouraged to verify current school assignments directly with the district before signing a rental agreement.

Each unit includes a full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, dishwasher, ceiling fan in the dining area, and spacious closets. Baseboard heating is standard; residents may bring portable floor-standing A/C units. Unit interiors are refreshed between tenancies based on condition, with updates such as fresh paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and refinished tub and shower enclosures completed as needed.

Community amenities include a solar-heated swimming pool with sundeck, an on-site fitness center, and a communal laundry room that is deep-cleaned weekly. Parking is by permit, and month-to-month agreements are available.

About utilities: Residents pay PG&E directly for in-unit electric. Gas, water, sewer, garbage, and common area utilities are billed monthly through a utility management company, allocated by unit size and number of occupants.
